Just so you realise, that any litigation fees against the company will come out of the companies coffers, which means it will be detrimental to all holders. You and your other 6+ class action candidates will have to front up your own funds to take the company to court.
If you do win (highly unlikely) the class action you can then litigate for the fees after that. I see it as a lose lose situation unless you have actual proof that the company withheld information from the shareholders and you are trying to get back millions not a few hundred thousand.
