Grab - thanks - I'm director in a number of companies, so fairly busy. I am not on email on that account nor do I check it regularly, sorry to say. I am working in the background juggling personal and professional life requirements and responsibilities. I will attempt to check the account more regularly though if you could urge anyone else you know has invested to email also, it'd be greatly appreciated - we need critical mass in terms of the amount we can prove has been lost by the parties wishing to review the matter.

Also - are you able to meet with your local politician both state and federal to talk about effecting changes when families lose out big in investments into companies that fail? And never any change in legislation? Why not? Could you request to meet with them both?
