Dear DSH shareholder

We wish to advise that our application for an order under s 247A of the Corporations Act, seeking to inspect the books of DSH (in liquidation) and obtain the directors and officers insurance policies, was successful.

We have a meeting with McGrath Nichol on Thursday 2 March 2017 to co-ordinate a schedule for production and inspection of the relevant documents.
