it means that they have Received cash up front and will recognise that revenue as it falls due . Think of it as a prepayment
typical with most SaaS businesses
historical just ignore not relevant rear view mirror stuff don’t get hung up on that or you will misss the story
salaries a bit high but management are delivering cash burn has come down
