Not too sure what will push it up, lithium is shot ( so if they find any it would have to be really cheap to extract ( doubt it ). Looks like it has some revenue streams such as water and gold that will see it through. Maybe some joint ventures that involve using the plant/ get more exploration ground around the plant. To be honest i'm using it as a proxy for the nickel price so if prices have levelled out we should benefit from price growth, unless there is another capital raise which they should not do until nickel prices are heading upwards again. If i was one of the big boys I would just buy it, i mean they paid billions for now shut mines what is another 40 mill say for a shut mine. Or you just say stuff it and buy a producer in the lowest cost curve like NIC and collect a small dividend and wait for all the other producers to die before prices spike again. ( i'm doing that as well ) Not advice.
