So you are saying that some big holder has sold out after having ridden AMX from around 5 cents all the way to $3.40 and was willing to accept an average of about 40 cents per share for his 7 million shares?
So he ended up with around $2.8m rather than about $21m (minus taxes) had he sold out at say $3.00.
That requires a major mental adjustment in terms of future expectations.
Perhaps he is a realist and has been watching events unfold in west Africa and at AMX and does not like what he sees.
Maybe he is the smart one after all - but we will not know for sure until some years have passed.
In the meantime I stay unconvinced about the goldiebug story so am limiting my potential losses (and upside) to what I still hold. However, I agree that AMX is cheap, along with a number of other goldies.
