Oh and one last thing I will point out is that I think PR's hotline to Nth Sound is probably not as good as he or she makes out. If Nth Sound had have voted no the votes against would have been a lot higher than what they were. 85 Million proxies against resolutions .... nth sound have 101 Million.
Certainly seems to indicate that there may have been a hidden agenda here (maybe ... I could be wrong and I am happy to be corrected PR)
