nice to see a run for the nws share price after the most recent hy report.
rea and several other segments in digital and property are doing well with good growth, while the print and foxtel segments are doing ok and seem to have found an inflection point in their structural issues.
regarding the above comments though, it does not have a market cap of 700mill that is just the australian shares. the global company market cap is around 11 billion across nyse etc.
anyway it is nice to see it rising after i picked some up a couple of months ago around 16.00. analysts are rating fair value around 21.00. underlying ebitda is growing across most segments and the eps should start to increase next year off a low base.
the digital segment has a particularly bright outlook across china, india, australia etc.
i think we will see $20 in 12mo.
