I have had this stock and still hold this stock. It seems to trade like most stocks on speculation and be quite volitile. The way I see it Grain corp being the main grain handleing player on th east coast has a monopoly. Its share price rises and falls with the weather and the fortunes of grain growers, it also has the advantage of two harvests in any one year that being a winter and a summer crop. ATM the winter crop seems around average but with good rainfall of late the summer crop looks very good meaning of course more profit. I also notice that the directors have also been buying. As I have said in another post their share price seems to rise in the new year on the fortunes of the summer crop. Does anyone have an opinion on this stock.
