another reason your dilution factor doesn't add up, the shares are currently trading at 20c, on par with the rights, any single shareholder can purchase more shares on market at the exact price the placement is at and bump up their holding in the exact same way and at the exact same price as they could have had they benn able to buy into the Azure placement.
