IMU should be cash flow positive in the next seven years. Very encouraging to see they are getting 30M for 7 years. The royalties will be a bonus. IMU financial status has been saved. One thing good about IMU is the cash burn rate is not that big. I recon the PPE should be approved in 2009 as there is no way Merial would do such a deal if they feel PPE will go no where.
