This is a view - many exited and reduced to hold cash. My view is that then this turnaround in OIL prices and a bounce in commodities and many want to go back in. I have seen a few funny sales in a handful of stocks that are just those seeking cash. We put some cash into SHV at the lower end of where it went to and a bit into ANN - those funds came from BHP and OSH . I dont want to go back in there but have a reasonable number of other opportunities but want to keep my cash pile. I have to wait for things to unfold but many in this end of town are taking longer than expected. So the cash I expected to be recycled has not arrived yet. So we in fact have a shortage of funds - I am not surprised that we will see some hasty exits ...
Looked like around 500,000 had to go...
