Funny calculations there friend, my numbers are a bit different using the latest 3Bs. Mkt cap of HRL is $12.9m, GRK is $12.38m, and KEN is $7.88m. EV post the $7m grant for HRL is therefore $5.9m, $5.88m for GRK. Of course this doesnt actually say anything, because you are talking relative mkt caps which is meaningless in itself.
It is interesting that the share prices for either HRL or GRK did not jump following the funding announcements, meaning either the market does not think that either of these projects will economically eventuate, or that it doesn't care because it is so of the radar (most likely). However, I suspect that if KEN did get the grant then it would have jumped significantly. We will never know of course, but out of these three listed, there would only be one horse I would back.
