Yes thats true, but the buy recomendation was made when the SP was sitting around 20c.
Obviously the spread will come down, but take into account current oil prices, the projection wouldn't drop by much and now that the projects are much more developed than this time last year, I would think that the upper price range is somewhat achievable over the next 6-12 months.
