Monad , seen it all before ,,, Shell tried it on Woodside in the 90s .... at $6 from memory ... blocked by the Govt that one ... more recently OPL , taken over by controlling interests at 80c .... would have been $3 by now ....imo.
The big holders in OEL could easily 'play' with the SP and launch a T/O at ,say, 50c and gain at least 50.1% and then do what they like!
I dont really expect that to happen at this point , but simply highlighting the potential for restricted upside here.
