looks that way, IAG board would have to risk the wraith of many many shareholders if they reject this approach out of hand.
As an IAG (and QBE) shareholder I demand at least the right to vote on a SOA as the price is now within the ballpark.
Also QBE price is still strong too.
the synergies in this deal makes it logical to eventuate, and I will be disappointed and angry if it does not.
