    If the 5G strategy the Board pushed has been successful then the shares are worth at least three times more than $1.10. If the Board has totally mismanaged the 5G strategy then perhaps $1.10 is all that can be salvaged. The Board has either sold the company for 30% of its value or should admit they failed with their 5G strategy.
