Like the thread says, there is something suspicious going on here, and it may involve China.

The Chinese government, and Huawei, had been looking for a front door into the Australian 5G market, and via that, the potential monitoring and control of some Australian infrastructure assets.
Just ask ASIO and the AFP.

That was rightly knocked on the head.
Is this an attempted stealth back door entry?
Do some research.

The FIRB and ASIO and AFP, and the relevant Australian government ministers, are going to need a close look at this transaction. We should be forwarding them information.

It's an interesting point. I wonder if the TO panel is going to become involved on this at all?

I think a TO of NTC is far from a sure thing, thus I am happy to have exited today at break even. I had a gut feeling it would not happen, perhaps being burnt by BWX has affected me.
