It was most interesting watching doyen of the right, Mark Steyn on Q&A last night. Amazingly, he condemned the way we torture asylum seekers in the concentration camps we have set up for them on Nauru and Manus in no uncertain terms.
Sadly Mr Steyn is unable to distinguish between genuine asylum seekers and what he calls economic refugees (he thinks they're all the latter) but perhaps he will wake up to that little nuance in due course.
At any rate it's comforting to see that unlike many who post here, Mr Steyn is at least able to see the disgusting and horrific way we allow our politicians to treat these people in our name.
