Struggling to see the logic here, we have a had a number of people comment over the last few months that a cap raise wouldn't be necessary to kick off underground and NTM. Now that the cap raise has happened its a good thing?
I also dont understand how they have just decided they need 20 million for new exploration? . Time will tell but i do wonder if it would be best holding off on such specky exploration until some more money is in the bank.

If they had any confidence in this quarter they would be pushing back until the quarterly came out that would drive the share price higher and potentially halve the dilution. Is this money that urgent that one month delay is worth raising at rock bottom price? or is the writing on the wall that this quarter may be a disaster so they are avoiding raising at 15cents......
