My experience is that investors have short memories when they see green. Rule #1 is always take the money ! Who really knows who decided on a CR in order to compress a timetable. Point is it is underwritten so a done deal. We can always learn from history but can't go back and make changes. Would much rather be reading about forward options and actions that will hopefully positively impact future outcomes. Look forward to the knowledge back turning to that attention that will hopefully be kicked off by actions taken by LJ and management.
