Sales of biodiesel and shipment of B100s has commenced on its Darwin plant, construction of its Sg plant is on schedule, recent reinstatement into the S&P/ASX 300 All Ordinaries, capital bonding at a conversion price of A$1.32 and total net assets of more than A$126M.
Shouldn't all these positive factors increase the SP? From year to date, the SP has fallen nearly 50%. This is absolutely ridiculous!
I suspect the recent selldown has something to do with ESCROW. Do anyone know much about this?
For eg: If key staff/shareholders were issued with below par price shares say at $0.20 per share. Even when they sell at $0.90, they still make $0.70 per share.
