Because if the fundies and everyone support the board next week meeting...then the board will be stable and can concentrate to turning the business around. It mentioned on the news..that the fundies will support them next week to create a stability in the company..
the fundies have more money invested here than any of us....only shortest will benefit if they reject the board.
