They'll operate within the law to crucify any who label them as manipulators, that's just an opinion of course.

MG had a valid reason for selling their stake, WM then cries foul and points the spotlight on them and calls them manipulators.

How often do you see a MD abuse an investor so publically?

Do he think MG would react and take their medicine, apologize and start buying shares?

Of course not, I just don't think WM is the man to make this happen.
