Last years div was covered 105% by cashflow . This years reduced div is covered 200% by cashflow .
This is one ASX div that is coming and at these prices will give a yearly return of over 30% pa . Unbelievable .
Okay sad if people bought at over $2 but at 40 cents or thereabouts seems a no brainer .
