Not trying to take the micky but if economists are saying sales fell by 26% and others saying foreclosures are at record highand getting worse with people are walking away form thier homes and mortgages - where the hell are all these Americans living now? Do they have refugee camps set up over there or what?

Just dont make sense to this simple mind - they must have had a housing glut or something. If no housing glut then rents should be thru the roof - if rents are thru the roof then buying a house should be affordable.
