Seems some just dont know what it is to be happy about something done for you...
Ok since you all like conspiracy theorys so much - how about this for one -
Darryl or one of the office crew read some of the posts in hot copper and freaked because he wasnt making everyone (punters) happy so he changed the deal!
Again this is business - BIG BUSINESS so by putting a share deal in to raise 7mill (to him) isnt that much - you get used to big numbers quickly if youve got it and if the numbers are big then you can quickly forget that Joe bloggs spent his last 2 grand to buy 100,000 shares - really - 2 grand - In some ways he probably wouldnt even think that people are in this situation...
His eyes are on the prize...Doing 7figure sums!

Again, I think its good of him to amend the deal for the smaller punter - shows character and shows he wants everyone to get a fair share...
Bottom line is this had to be done....Its business...
