They dont need to get their patents sorted before scaling up the process - obviously ideal to get patents done asap, but its no roadblock.
And they aren't years away from producing bigger quantities at all - Orbite started TRIAL production in Dec 2012, and will be producing 3 tonnes per DAY this quarter, and 5 tonnes per DAY by the end of 2013.
As I said the process is easily scaleable.
If market sentiment was the same as when MHM was popular we could expect a similar rise, from 10c t0 20c to 50c to $1+
Not going to happen in current resource-averse market but sentiment can change very quickly, and has already started in my opinion.
Canada's Orbite obviously didn't do the full 70 bags straight after trial production but it instigated a sharp re-rating and a steady rise after that.
