    SEG looks like an out of control blimp skating in slow motion along the bottom. Increasing buying pressure is mounting at .001 price. Moving averages pointing down. May even open at .001 one of these days. Wouldnt surprise me if it doesnt base soon and relieve the downward pressure - it may even disappear up its own imponderable.
