interesting ... it appears  that MPJ were also ' given ' their share allotment in lieu of payment ....

... the following is from the MPJ Capital Raising announcement - 23 July 2014

" In addition, the Company will issue 22,120,646 ordinary fully paid MPJ shares to Newexco Services
Pty Ltd [ACN 088 316 901] (or its nominee/s) in lieu of cash payment for geological consultancy
services provided to the Company. The issue of Shares to Newexco was previously approved by
shareholders on 16 May 2014

... Newexco were also offered their SEG shares at a discount, also in Lieu of fees ...
( which is effectively getting a massive portion of your work done without the need to stump up the cash )

" Segue Resources Limited (Segue or the Company) is pleased to announce that it has completed a placement
of 9,500,000 shares at 1.25¢ per share to the Company’s consultants, including Newexco and Omni GeoX.

The placement represents a reinvestment of fees paid by Segue to the consultants. The placement price
