but last time I looked ... SEG recently raised $3.1 million  through their heavily oversubscribed share purchase plan on 23/07/14 .

Your table shows SEG only with cash of $70k.

either your data is wrong ... intentionally in a downramp ....

... or wrong ... as in ... not correct  ( and therefore meaningless )
