... most of the money in these small cap stocks is made in the ' discovery ' of the resource ...
.. and most are not equipped to move forward to development as it requires a totally different skill set, personnel and of course capital .... be it a JV .. takeover ... or a total company restructure to move forward..
According to Steven Michael of SEG ... several new discoveries in the area would lead to the area becoming a ' Province ' rather than ' Camps ' ...
... the implications of the area would becoming a ' Province would be mind blowing ... and most likely lure a large player such as Vale to buy in big time into the area ..... and the benefits associated with a highly capitalised major coming in ....
