Why would you want to accuse Israel of genocide unless you were:
1. intentionally wanting to lie? or
2. intentionally wanting to accuse Israel of a "blood libel" such as the one about Jews draining the blood from children to make matzas....i.e. wanting to make an accusation about something that is not/was not done?
