You'll have to ask Dreyfus for his opinion about your "2", but whether or not it's antisemitic, it's an outright lie, considering that between 800,000 and 1,500,000 Armenians were systematically killed by the Turks.....a number far exceeding even the Hamas-conjured number of civilian deaths.
So, I guess what you're really asking is: "If I tell a lie about Israel, can it be antisemitic?"
In which case the answer is a definite "YES!"........as it's not unlike the old antisemitic lies about Jews poisoning the wells to cause the plague, and about Jews draining a child's blood to make matza for Pesach.
So, in summary, if you make your statement number 2, you are definitely an antisemite.
