In that case all bets are off....the property market will crumble around us......blimey 60 minutes even said it.


I'll just sell up everything right now.........

Then I will hang back for 18 months....wait for the massive property crash in every suburb of Australia.

Then when all those that had to sell....sell.....I will swoop in and buy their house at 30-50% of the price they paid.....and rent it back to them.
