mate you know that the interest rate affects all those jet skis, fast cars prices etc that your mates are buying. i mean there's not too many that pay cash for them even if they have the cash in their pocket(which most don't), they'll do credit if they can, mush like you did on your house. they'll get half the cost of the jet ski and fast car if they try to see it. you'll get an increase on the value of your house if you hold onto it. stop whinging! if you didn't allow for increases in rates, get ready now....still more to come
