Well, that's good news about Brisbane. Brisbane fair a lot better than others over the past 1/4 with houses up 2% and apartments dropping a similar amount. With clearances going that well, it looks as though the market might hold up. There's a lot of doom and gloom at the moment. I suppose if it were the stock market, people would be saying it is time to buy with all of the negativity.
