today I have received a message by my depository bank concerning my SEH share.
It is saying that I am obliged to apply for Lonestar offer and exchange my SEH share to Lonestar for 25c AUD per share because from September 12 2018 (ex date) the shares are not going to be traded.
My understanding was that Shareholders still need to vote for it in late August (and at least 50% of shareholders need to vote in favor of the offer in order to accept the offer). Am I missing something?
