I might be naive, optimistic or just dumb but doesn't this activity seem symptomatic of a Lone Star related entity buying up to increase the chance of the vote succeeding and getting a bit of an arbitrage on the way through? I think it's very likely to get across the line now. A bit late for the medieval option - would have happened by now if it was going to. As they say in the classics.....this is as good as it gets.
