Are you saying that SEH is holding back on testing it wells. Not trying to produce the most gas from it wells.
Obviously they producing from the best zones and even in that simplistic model I posted on HC you can see that they not getting a high enough flow rate.
In you reading what did u find the pilot plant and drilling completion connection cost?
