Not sure where you are getting your info but I have a totally different view in this regard, the issues of the company go more in regard of getting the cash from the sales (which is getting solved) and having clarity on future sales volumes rather than technical capability to produce gas. The current SP is a dynamic of current investors' sentiment against energy stock, China's volatility and devaluation, and petrol prices, however this won't be for ever.
