Need to clarify - Speeding ticket. Jim wasn't in a position to disclose anything. You can only disclose facts or agreements. You can't disclose discussions.

The discussions about the quarry have been ongoing for many years. Russell has managed to get a deal which is great, however management lead by Jim were correct in chasing other things, just in case they couldn't get an agreement.

The reality was the tungsten was below cost of production. Can't make a silk purse from a sows ear. However the game has changed and it looks a lot brighter.
