4 cents I would say is conservative. If you step back and take a look at the 3 year chart...this thing is basement levels..we have Merril Lynch, Royal Bank of Canada an Morgan Stanley as the three top investors owning nearly half the shares...!!!!??? Like they say follow the smart money! A few pennies at on a company with a market cap of 45 million is negligible. I suspect the market cap will soon be priced in the hundreds of millions of dollars...
The stars are aligned on this one..big volume, cheap stock price, great potential, small market cap. There is little risk on the downside...and that's one of my primary rules to investing.
