Mr Thompson from Echo Farm QLD is happy with having several CSG wells on his property. He has a great relationship with Origin Energy, for 12 years. They pay him $320,000pa for the wells on his property. The money is used to employ extra staff and drought proof his property. He has cattle on his property. Said that there has been no contamination by CSG activities and creek is full of fish. He decides where he wants the wells. Cattle very calm with wells around. This proves that farming and CSG can co-exist.
Nice to see a good story on CSG for a change, especially on the ABC.
