Noble Drillings share price yesterday down to $1.06 yesterday from $1.50 a month ago, with a peak of $65 in June 2008 when the boom started, and they all started building new tonnage at $650M a new drilling unit... Cheap time to be drilling, cheap time to be ordering FPSO's, cheap time for all the 3rd party service companies...... so in a way.... it could all be a good thing...
