I'm sorry if it looks like I am being pedantic whenever you post anything but I believe that these Boards do sway opinion and therefore one must try to present arguments which 'balance' unbalanced opinions.

Your decision tree in your post is an example of bias. You only lead the reader down the path which you want to be followed. For each of those questions you rhetorically asked there is an alternate answer and hence many alternate outcomes and conclusions.
