Then you just do a long list of bullet points. It doesn't need to be in lawyerese or the Queens's English.

IF you have a problem then need drastic action and I think people will appreciate something necessarily cryptic if it gives them ALL the facts. Not just a potted excuse why we left something out..."....its the ASX rules".

I suggest your new Director guys are not trying hard enough, innovative enough, brave enough, not hungry enough. They must break the mold, be desparate and fight dirty - haven't seen it yet.

On that basis alone it is a concern, and almost as much concern as that mealy mouthed patronising "there, there boys...nothing happening here" Chairman's letter.
