    Chinese to contract rig and riggers, wouldn't it be nice if they(CNOOC) farm in just as RAK do similar with AOI

    This is conjecture based on about 5.7% rumour but rumours have been light on lately.

    Please dont take this as gospel (lest ye be agnostic)
