Countries do seem reticent to sieze the money and I can understand it is a precedent .....but so silly of russia to have left themselves vulnerable like that and if you are going to make yourself an enemy of democracy in Ukraine, as they have, then it seems fair that money should go to Ukraine to repair some of the damage russia has caused there .....russia should be liable for the harm caused .
russia wants to play dirtty but rely on the west not playing dirty . whatever the law is technically here , I'd preferr justice was done
