I thought the advice was that the borders could start to open once the "target % of vaccination" (be it 70% or 80%) was attained.
Once the borders start to open, yes, Covid will be on the move. It will find the unvaccinated. No surprises there.
I guess then the unvaccinated have to hope that hospitals will have enough room for them and that the treatments are top-notch.
Because it WILL find them; make no mistake about that....
